2. What data we collect

We do not collect your journal content. Your gratitude entries, reviews, CBT notes, and mood check-ins are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced to your private iCloud database associated with your Apple ID.

我們不收集你的日記內容。你的感恩、復盤、CBT 記錄與心情 check-in 存在你的裝置上；若你已登入 iCloud，則同步至與 Apple ID 關聯的私有 iCloud 資料庫。

We operate no backend servers for your journal. We cannot read your entries.

3. What Apple may process

iCloud / CloudKit — sync and backup under your Apple ID ( governed by Apple’s privacy policy )
App Store / In-App Purchase — Apple processes payment and purchase history
Push notifications — bedtime reminders are scheduled locally; delivery uses Apple’s notification service

5. Data retention & deletion

You control your data. Delete the App to remove local copies. To remove iCloud copies, delete the App data from your iCloud storage or sign out of iCloud on the device. Purchases can be restored via Apple’s “Restore Purchases.”

資料由你掌控。刪除 App 可移除本機副本。若要移除 iCloud 副本，請從 iCloud 儲存空間刪除 App 資料，或在裝置登出 iCloud。購買可透過 Apple「恢復購買」還原。

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
