Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using Mind Upgrade (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

使用 Mind Upgrade（「本 App」）前請閱讀本使用條款（「條款」）。下載或使用即表示你同意本條款。

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

我們授予你在所擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的使用授權，並受 Apple 媒體服務條款及本條款約束。

2. Purchases & trial

The App may offer a 7-day free trial via a $0 in-app purchase, followed by optional lifetime unlock (one-time fee, currently $14.99 USD unless changed).
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal after the trial.
After the trial, you may read past entries; creating new entries requires lifetime unlock.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

本 App 可透過 $0 應用程式內購買提供 7 天免費試用，之後可選 永久解鎖（一次性費用，目前為 $14.99 USD，若有調整以 App 內為準）。
無訂閱，試用期後不會自動續訂。
試用結束後仍可閱讀過去記錄；新增記錄需永久解鎖。
所有付款由 Apple 處理，退款依 Apple 政策。

You retain ownership of journal entries you create. You are responsible for your content and for maintaining backups (including iCloud). We do not access your entries.

你保留所創建日記內容的所有權。你須對內容負責並自行備份（含 iCloud）。我們不存取你的記錄。

4. Not medical advice

The App provides self-reflection tools inspired by positive psychology and CBT practices. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified professionals for mental health concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

本 App 提供受正向心理學與 CBT 練習啟發的自我反思工具，不提供醫療建議、診斷或治療。心理健康問題請尋求合格專業人員。緊急情況請聯絡當地緊急服務。

Research summaries are for educational purposes only. The App is not affiliated with Harvard University or any institution cited. Citations link to third-party sources.

研究摘要僅供教育用途。本 App 與 Harvard University 或任何被引用機構無關。引用連結至第三方來源。

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App unlawfully. You may not attempt to access other users’ data (not applicable — we hold no user data on our servers).

不得逆向工程、再散布或違法使用本 App。不得試圖存取他人資料（我們伺服器不存放用戶資料，此條仍適用於一般禁止行為）。

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync, error-free operation, or specific wellness outcomes.

本 App 按「現狀」提供，不作任何保證。我們不保證同步不中断、無錯誤運作或特定成效。

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Howly 不對因使用本 App 產生的間接、附带或衍生損害負責。

9. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

我們可能更新 App 或本條款。繼續使用即表示接受。你可隨時刪除 App 停止使用。

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
