Welcome to Middle Path Life (“the App”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Handle

In the current MVP version:

• Local journal & history: Your reflection notes, mood tags, and linked card info are stored on your device by default (e.g., iOS SwiftData / on-device storage).
• App preferences: Language choice, reminder time, disclaimer acceptance, etc., stored locally on device.
• Purchases: If you buy a subscription or lifetime unlock, Apple processes the transaction. We do not collect your payment card details directly.

We do not require account registration, and we do not upload your journal content to our own servers in the MVP.

2. How We Use Information

• To show daily cards, theme-path progress, and journal history on your device;
• To provide local notifications and widget content;
• To verify in-app purchase / subscription entitlements via Apple.

3. Sharing

Except where required by law or necessary to complete Apple in-app purchases, we do not sell your personal journal content to third parties. If we later add analytics or crash reporting, we will update this policy and disclose it in the App.

4. Retention & Deletion

Local data remains on your device. Deleting the App removes local data. You may also delete individual journal entries in the App when that action is available.

5. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Important Notice

The App provides lifestyle reflection tools for balance. It is not medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, and it does not guarantee any outcome. For deeper traditional study, please seek a qualified teacher.
