At Come Taiwan ("we", "our", or "the App"), we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our app is engineered with a strict "Privacy-First & On-Device" architecture. We do not track your movements, we do not require account registration, and we do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
2. Information We Handle On Your Device
The vast majority of data generated while using Come Taiwan is stored solely on your local device (via standard iOS LocalStorage) and is never transmitted to external cloud servers:
- Chat History & Offline AI Queries: Your questions and A-Tai's responses are processed and stored locally on your device.
- Travel Preferences & Stamps: Your selected travel style, collected cultural stamps, and fortune stick bookmarks remain private on your device.
- Language & App Settings: Your preferred language (among 11 supported locales) is saved locally.
3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used
- Location Services (GPS): Used solely on-device to determine your general region in Taiwan and verify GPS check-ins for nomad passport stamps (e.g. within 10 km of Longshan Temple). Your precise GPS location coordinates are never logged or stored on our servers.
- Camera Access: Used exclusively for real-time on-device optical character recognition (OCR) in the Menu Scanner. Video streams and camera images are processed in volatile memory and are never saved or uploaded.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All digital purchases (e.g. Come Taiwan PRO) are processed securely through Apple's official In-App Purchase system and managed via RevenueCat. We do not have access to your credit card details or financial information. An anonymous App User ID is used solely to validate and restore subscription entitlements.
5. Third-Party Services
The app operates 100% offline for all primary travel features. Optional online features include:
- Apple StoreKit & RevenueCat: For secure receipt validation and purchase restoration.
- Firebase (Optional Community Reports): Only if you voluntarily submit a local event report or community tip.
6. Children's Privacy
Come Taiwan does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

一、 核心隱私承諾與概述
Come Taiwan（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）深信個人隱私為基本人權。我們堅持「100% 離線可用、零隱私外洩、裝置端本地運算」的產品架構。我們不追蹤您的足跡、不強制要求註冊帳號，亦絕不將您的個人資料出售或出租給任何第三方廣告商。
二、 儲存於您本機裝置之資料
您在使用 Come Taiwan 時所產生之絕大多數資料，皆僅儲存於您的本機 iOS 設備中（透過標準 LocalStorage），絕不上傳至任何外部雲端伺服器：
- 對話紀錄與離線查詢： 您與離線助手「阿台」之問答皆於本機晶片執行並暫存於本機。
- 旅遊偏好與集章紀錄： 您的旅行風格、已解鎖之數位護照平安符、籤詩收藏皆保存在手機端。
- 語系與自訂設定： 您於 11 種支援語系中之選擇僅記錄於本機。
三、 系統權限使用說明
- 定位服務 (GPS)： 僅於本機端用於判定您所在的台灣大區，以及核對景點集章半徑（如龍山寺 10 公里範圍內）。本應用程式絕不上傳或長期記錄您的 GPS 軌跡。
- 相機權限： 僅用於「菜單相機」之本機即時文字辨識。鏡頭影像僅於記憶體中即時解析，絕不儲存或傳輸至外部。
四、 應用程式內購買 (In-App Purchases)
所有付費交易（如 Come Taiwan PRO 會員）皆由 Apple 官方 App Store 進行安全扣款，並透過 RevenueCat 進行收據憑證驗證。我們無法存取您的信用卡號或財務資訊，僅透過匿名 App User ID 維護您的訂閱狀態與跨裝置購買復原。
