Overview. Seeds 13 is a mindful habit tracker. We do not operate user accounts or cloud servers for your reflection data. Your journey stays on your device unless you choose Premium iCloud backup or export.

Data on your device

• Daily reflection scores (1–5), optional notes, dates, and virtue focus
• App settings (language, reminders, low-stimulation mode, cycle start)
• Phrase display history (to avoid repeating the same lines)

We do not collect

• No account registration or email required
• No analytics or advertising SDKs
• No sale of personal data

Premium. iCloud backup (optional) saves a JSON snapshot to your Apple ID container (iCloud.com.vajrahowly.seeds13)—we cannot access it. Export saves JSON/PDF files locally on your device.

In-App Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We receive only purchase status, not payment card details.

Notifications. If enabled, reminders are scheduled locally on your device only.

Children. The app is not directed at children under 13.

概要。十三本心（Seeds 13）是一款正念習慣 App。我們不提供使用者帳號，也不以自有伺服器儲存你的反思資料。資料預設留在你的裝置；僅在你選擇 Premium 的 iCloud 備份或匯出時，才會寫入 iCloud 或本機檔案。

裝置上儲存的資料

• 每日反思分數（1–5）、選填備註、日期與本週美德
• App 設定（語言、提醒、低刺激模式、週期起點）
• 語句顯示紀錄（避免短時間重複同一句）

我們不收集

• 無需註冊帳號或電子郵件
• App 內無分析或廣告 SDK
• 不出售個人資料

Premium。iCloud 備份（可選）會將 JSON 快照存入你的 Apple ID iCloud 容器，我們無法存取。匯出之 JSON／PDF 儲存於本機。

App 內購買。付款由 Apple 處理；我們僅得知購買狀態，不會取得信用卡資料。

通知。若你開啟提醒，僅在本機排程。

兒童。本 App 非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。
