PaiRobot respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed, how data is used, when data may be shared with third-party processors, and what controls you have.

1. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Architecture

PaiRobot uses a BYOK model. API keys you enter (for example Google Gemini, LINE, Telegram, WeCom, Brave Search) are encrypted and stored locally on your device. We do not upload your API keys to PaiRobot servers.

User-entered prompts/instructions
Optional files you attach
Optional connected-service context explicitly requested by you (for example selected email/calendar content)
Technical metadata needed for reliability and troubleshooting (timestamps, error diagnostics, request status)
Purchase and entitlement status for in-app purchases

3. How Data Is Collected

Directly from your input in the app
From connected services only after your explicit action
Automatically from app/device events necessary for security and diagnostics

4. How Data Is Used

To provide requested AI and automation features
To process and restore in-app purchases
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug failures
To improve reliability and service quality

5. Third-Party AI/Service Processors

Depending on enabled features and your actions, data may be processed by:

Google Gemini API (generation, summarization, analysis)
Brave Search API (web search when enabled by you)
Other communication providers you configure (e.g., LINE, Telegram, WeCom) for the specific workflows you trigger

We do not sell personal data.

6. In-App Consent Before AI Data Sharing

Before personal data is sent to third-party AI processors, PaiRobot displays an in-app disclosure describing what data may be sent, to whom, and for what purpose, and requests your consent.

7. User Control

You can manage or withdraw AI processing consent in app settings. If consent is withdrawn, AI-related transmission to third-party processors is disabled until consent is granted again.

8. Data Retention and Storage

PaiRobot is designed to minimize server-side storage. Most sensitive content is processed locally and/or directly between your device and the third-party services you configure. Local app data remains on your device unless you explicitly export or transmit it.

9. Third-Party Protection Standard

PaiRobot requires third-party processors to provide data protection measures equal to or stronger than our own standard, consistent with applicable law and platform requirements.

您自行設定之通訊服務供應商（如 LINE、Telegram、WeCom），僅限您觸發之工作流程

我們不販售您的個人資料。

6. AI 資料傳輸前的 App 內同意

在個人資料傳送至第三方 AI 處理者前，PaiRobot 會先於 App 內顯示揭露內容，說明可能傳送的資料、接收方與用途，並向您取得同意。

7. 使用者控制

您可於 App 設定中管理或撤回 AI 處理同意。撤回後，與 AI 相關的第三方資料傳輸將停用，直到您再次同意。

8. 資料保存與儲存

PaiRobot 以最小化伺服器儲存為原則。多數敏感內容僅在本機與您自行設定的第三方服務間處理。除非您主動匯出或傳送，資料通常保留在您的裝置中。

9. 第三方保護標準

PaiRobot 要求第三方處理者提供不低於本服務標準的隱私與安全保護，並符合適用法規與平台要求。

PaiRobot はサーバー側保存を最小化する設計です。多くの機密データは、お客様端末および設定済み第三者サービス間で処理されます。ユーザーが明示的にエクスポート／送信しない限り、データは通常端末内に保持されます。

9. 第三者保護基準

PaiRobot は、第三者処理者に対し、当社と同等以上のプライバシー・セキュリティ保護を求め、適用法令およびプラットフォーム要件に準拠することを要求します。
